What concrete steps do your senior leaders take to create a great work environment for all employees?
We lead the organization together as a team with joint goals and key objectives, yet cater to individuals’ different needs and goals. As a team, we are hyper-focused on customer success, and with success comes a great working environment. The company invests time to learn about the roadblocks, personal goals and challenges each individual team member has.
